Unhappy customer

Visited scottburgh checkers on the 11th of August I was so so so unhappy with the service i received i paid via my app the money went out from my account but I was told it did not show or reflect on their side however I showed them the payment on my fone but the ddnt want to listen to me they told me theire producer was for me to come the next day to the shop with my bank statement how was i going to get a transaction that was done a day as a statement get generated in a 30 day cycle I had to pay again cash of R90 something rand til today day I have not received my money worse they told me to come to the shop for my money as I dnt work closer to them I am so upset they can take and eat my money for all I care its so wrong how the do thi go what if I was on holiday was I going to fly for me to get my mo ey
