Unfair delivery Radius and poor customer support

The Checkers at Lenz Quarter initially didn’t offer delivery, but once they started, I was surprised to find they deliver throughout Lenasia and even Eldorado Park — yet they refuse to deliver to my area in Lenasia Ext 10.

What makes this even more frustrating is that they deliver to Ext 9, which is literally separated from my area by just one street. When I called to ask why, the staff member gave me a vague excuse about a “radius.” But how does that make sense when Eldorado Park is much ****her out and still gets delivery service?

From Checkers Lenz Quarter to my home is about 5.3 km, and Ext 9 is roughly 5 km away. Meanwhile, Eldorado Park — about 9 km away — is fully covered. How is that fair?

It feels insulting, especially when no real explanation is provided. I’ve driven further than this to support Checkers in-store, yet they won’t drive a few extra meters to deliver to my area. I need proper answers, not generic excuses about “radius.”
