Under trained useless call centre agents that can't even properly attend to a complaint

I'm not even sure which department is more ridiculous. The orders gets placed on scheduled times and drivers gets booked out earlier knowing very well the client not being home. THERE IS A REASON WHY ORDERS GETS SCHEDULED!!!! All call centre says is "Sorry" and goes quiet hoping the line gets dropped by me ofcoz.She's too lazy to investigate properly or ask her colleague to assist her. @checkers60 please train your consultants properly. If they are unsure, let them rather ask the manager or sum1 senior to call back. It's so frustrating after a long day having to deal with such sloppyness. This was checkers Gezina dispatching orders BEFORE SCHEDULE TIME AND CHARGING DELIVERY FEE FOR IT!!!
