Unacceptable service steeling your money.

Wont do business with this company ever again as they are *****'s seemingly not able to read. I placed a order on 17 May for the amount of R1019.98 and even tipped the driver R10.00. I very clearly indicated in the order to only deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, this was totally disregarded and after failing to deliver on the Saturday as i was not home they simple canceled the order, deducted R50.00 for the failed delivery, and refunded me R979.98. And to top all of this, all of it without a single notification or explanation, only for me to learn about this after contacting and following up why i have not received my order yet.
