@ checkers sixty sixty deliveries. I'm cancelling my subscription and not using you ever again.

Today I placed an order for R800 then your driver logged delivered at 10:45. Only it wasn't delivered. I logged the fact at 11:30. I got a msg from the driver asking for a list of products and address. He arrived at the gate and told my helper he delivered to wrong address up the road (despite our number being displayed obviously on the gate).

Then he had the audacity to ask if he can bring the stuff left in the packets as it had been opened. I had ordered yoghurt and sausage rolls and cream so all perishables which by 3:25pm would have all spoiled and checkers driver wants me to accept this stuff after being who knows where for over 5 hours? And to feed it to my child.

Then I told this driver no. I want a refund. I get a msg to say it will be credited then shortly after another msg saying the driver had re delivered my items which he had not.

I have had no issue upto now with checkers but after this incident I won't be using your services any more and will be posting everywhere about my bad experience and checkers appalling customer services.
