There was a payment error on checkers side on the Sixty 60 app

There was a payment error on checkers side on the Sixty 60 app. The order had to be cancelled. However the amount that has been reserved on my bank account for purchase has still not been released by checkers. It has been 1 week of constant telephone calls but still nothing has been done and the call Centre says that they are waiting for the accounts department.
