The worst service ever, with empty delivery promises

The worst service ever, with empty delivery promises. I've ordered very early, they kept on extending the delivery time. Until I drove to the shop to pick up my parcels, only to find they have no record of my order, but on the App it says, assigning a driver. 2 hours later my order ended being canceled. Why is it still called Sixty60? I ended up taking a trolley and doing the shopping myself. Worst service ever.
