The most disgusting service experience ever!!!

I put in an order with Chekers Sixty60, upon delivery there was an item missing, i was not advised of the item being out of stock and i paid the full amount for the order. I tried to resolve it with the driver who was extremely rude, called the help line and spoke to Leo who was extremely nonchalant and basically told me i would have to wait for the store to sort it out and reverse the amount back to my wallet. The poor service level is appalling, after such an inconvenience i have to be on a call and be put on hold only to be told there is nothing they can do, i will just have to wait for the refund process to happen.

I will not be using this appalling service anymore, and request for my refund ASP!
