Terrible service by checkers Sixty60

I am appaulled by the service yesterday so many missing items from my order for invoice no. ***

I only received 3 items from a list of 7 items.

I logged a query for the missing items with Ethen Jokl, ref for the call is ***.

Its crazy for someone to have to wait 48 hours for a refund over a mistake that you guys made.

Please attend to this asap before i escalate the matter.
