Terrible service and drivers who are not accountable

Delivered my alcohol order with two punctured cans on 16 May 2024,they promised to refund me the whole pack. I call again to find out what’s going on. They decided to divide the price by six and workout their own lesser price than what you’d pay for an individual can in the store. Their drivers are all negligent because you can’t tell me he didn’t see a leaking bag given to him. He was just crossing fingers I didn’t see it as he was handing it to me. Now I’m disadvantaged because all they need to do is just deliver 80% of the correct goods then the rest they can mess up as per Ts and Cs then it’s up to the consumer.
