Terrible service

Placed an order yesterday at 13h30, the items were not delivered, the app was not active and when it was, it stated that I cancelled the order, not true!! I tried calling their call centre for assistance but I couldn't get through. I sent an inbox yesterday on Twitter, got a reply today promising that I will be credited before the end of business day but there is nothing. Worst experience, I will gladly delete the app once I have been credited!
