Terrible service

Went at 9:30 in the morning on a Sunday to buy a fresh baked bread. When getting their it is still not ready telling me to wait 20 min. Bad service. Bread is supposed to be ready. Private bakeries make sure they have bread ready early in the morning. No man. Im so angry.
