Terrible service

What an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience with Checkers Sixty60 today. I placed my order at 12:20 and was promised an ETA of 3–4pm. It’s now hours later, and the order hasn’t even been assigned to a driver. I get that it’s Black Friday, but then why not give a realistic turnaround time? I would’ve gone to the store myself to buy my baby’s formula. Instead, I’m sitting here anxious and unsure if it will even arrive today. This is honestly the last thing any parent wants to deal with.
