Terrible delivery times and help desk service

I made an order 2 hours ago using Checkers Sixty app, payment was reserved, but I can't see the order confirmation and even in the app the order is not showing. Called their helpline and I have been listening to their automated voice call for the past 20 min and they just ended the call.

I really want to cancel the order, I don't need it anymore.
