Terrible Customer Service

I had purchased 4 loafs of bread via the platform at R20 a loaf with an expiry date of just two days, with the Durban soaring temperatures we cannot store bread for more than 2 days, however it's really disappointing to know that you can spend thousands and be loyal for years only to be treated like a number and be told that you can only be credited for a loaf, it's not about the credit it's more about customer service and the response I got from Darryn from Sixty60.
