I spoke to a lady at the Sixty60 help desk at 10:43 this morning. Regrettably I failed to ge her name but I hope this message gets to her. I have not in a very long time had such a professional, friendly and helpful person deal with a complaint. She helped me right to the end and sorted out my issues.
