Slow delivery and missing items

My order was delivered almost 2 hrs after ordering and when they did deliver they forgot 24 pack of Corona. When I called to follow up they said they'd investigate and return my money for me to reorder it, meanwhile I said to them I don't want my money back I want the item I ordered, especially because I had to wait for it for 2hrs. They said the investigation would take 3 to 24hrs. Even if I could reorder it would mean I'd have waited another 2hrs or more again. I had visitors to entertain and I couldn't afford waiting for another 2hrs which would make total waiting time 4hrs. They said their supervisor would call me back on the 27th July 2024 it's the 28th today and I'm still waiting for that call. The money was refunded.
