Sixty60 plus poor trustworthiness

When I activated Sixty60 plus early Aug 2024, Sixty60 diligently deducted R99 from my account. every month, but did not give me the promised R200 discount, despite me buying more than R5000 monthly. After many reports to Sixty60 customer service, I received a cash voucher (via SMS) that did not have the 'correct' Y-code to redeem it, and I just received false promises since for a replacement voucher.
