Sixty plus 60 minutes perhaps!!

I've never used the service before, but I'm at work and as its a horrible day decided soup would be a good supper. But we don't have enough butternut at home and I'll only be home at 7pm and don't want to start cooking then. There is another adult at home and he can start supper early, so I ordered on the app at 15:32, SUPPOSED to be delivered in 60 minutes!! What a load of nonsense! The driver only left the store at 16:42! At this rate I might as well have bought the stuff on my way home from work and started supper at 7pm!! AND they want to charge me R35 for this abysmal service, disgusting, will never use them again.
