Sixty minutes ??? what a joke

Placed an order at 07h57 this morning - earliest time slot for delivery was 11h00 - 12h00 which i accepted. Its now 13h33 and i checked the app only to see that delivery time had been moved to 16h00. Sixty minutes is supposed to be their motto - its now turned into 480 minutes - ridiculous - no- one answering the phone ad the store or the call centre. And this is not the first time either that this has happned. They don't deserve the name
