Silence After Reckless Driving of Delivery Man

A sixty 60 driver crashed into my car on 4/12/2024, I called their complaints department immediately and I was promised that the matter would be attended to ASAP. A month has passed and my car is still not fixed, nobody has provided me with feedback in regards to this matter. Meanwhile, I'm driving a car that has a broken mirror and a whole in the drivers door.
