Should i start shopping elsewhere???

I need to place a big order (as per usual), but Checkers has been out of stock on some items, for days now.

I tried calling them, but no one answers the call. I dont have airtime and needed then to call me. But i couldnt advise them of that, seeing that no one answers the calls.
