Shoprite/Checkers Sixty/60 excellent service

On Friday, 1 August 2025, I bought some of Shoprite, The Crossing in Tzaneen's Combo deals. Some of the deals showed correctly on the still-slip, but for the Jungle Oats, I couldn't see where the amounts were reduced. In the end, I sorted it out with Shoprite Customer Care - the amount was only indicated at the very bottom of the slip. As I had used my Checkers Rewards card at Shoprite, it seemed as if I made my purchase at Checkers. To my surprise, the manager of Checkers Sixty/60 phoned me yesterday (Monday) to discuss my complaint. Wow, although I had already sorted it out with Shoprite, this kind gentleman took the time to follow up with me. I love their level of service delivery.
