Shoprite delivery

Ordered from Shoprite and accidentally dropped my house keys at the back of drivers scooter. I am not able to get hold of him. If anything happens I will be opening a case for him because why are we not able to context the driver directly? I call customer service but was told that it has been escalated to operations. This an urgent matter but no one seems to care.
