Shoprite/ checkers ****mers

I have ordered a box 6 pack of c***** milk, they delivered 4 cartoons of 1L milk, also ordered 2 bottle of Oros which was never delivered and a bottle of very peri sauce which also was never delivered. Sent through the images on the app But now m moved from pillar to post, being told that my query will only be handled after 24 hours.
