Shoppers picking stale food without checking dates

Anything you order through them check the expiry date, their shoppers do not check and will bring you rotten stale food. I ordered cheese through them on the 25th and only opened it today it had a very foul smell, upon checking the expiry date it was 28 August 2025, trying to request my refund was told to go to the store which at this point won’t be possible.
