Rude drivers employed by checkers 60/60

your drivers are very rude and lack basic customer service, my order *** arrived when I opened the gate the driver refused to enter the complex and demanded I meet him at the gate, he then drive off with my groceries, I have over 30 orders with you guys and I usually get the best service but this is the 2nd time am experiencing this and am utterly disgusted because why do you hire such people to service us, please return my money and my delivery charge, I’m never gonna use your services again
