Rude delivery driver at Checkers 60

The Checkers60 delivery drivers are appalling.

I have had a few different incidents where drivers have the most appalling behaviour or they blatantly refuse to deliver the package at the door.

I always take screenshots of the drivers name and vehicle registration on the app, just in case I need it

I had a driver named Florence Marodza ( Vehicle registration KFL560 EC) who was extremely disrespectful. Everytime when she would deliver my package she would call me on my cellphone and tell me to come to her outside because she won’t come to the door. This lady would have every excuse under the sun as to why she won’t deliver my package to my door and if I don’t come outside to her she would literally start shouting at me on the phone. Unfortunately she frequently delivered packages to my apartment and everytime she arrived she had the same bad attitude, and refusal to deliver at the door.

A different incident:

Golden Sibanda (Vehicle/ bike registration: LS25YS GP) who would park within the vicinity of the complex but even though I would send him an entry code to enter the complex way before he arrives he still would not enter the complex. I can see on the app that this man has parked a few meters close to the complex but not directly at my complex. Mind you, I get a notification on my phone as soon as someone has used the entry code and has entered the premises. I know for a fact that the driver did not attempt to enter the complex.

The Checkers 60 rule states that a delivery person should wait 10 minutes before they leave or return to the store with your package. On two separate occasions I have had drivers park a few meters close to the apartment and not actually come to the apartment then afterwards they cancel my order and return it to the store. I always send driver an entry code into the complex before they even arrive at the complex to make everything convenient. It’s crazy how drivers cancel the order: and state on the app “Customer wasn’t present” which is a lie then they return the package to the store.
