Rude customer service

My Mother's Day was ruined by Checkers. A milk tart that was supppsed to be a treat looked disgusting and raw. I could not eat it instead l wrote to Checkers sending images that they requested. I received an email the following day saying they could not view the images. I sent more images still they for some reason could not view the images. Today it is Thursday they still wrote to me asking for images saying they would not be able to escalate the issue without proper images. I again sent the images. What l want to point out here is when we bought the milk tart we knew we had to part with money. Why on earth does Checkers think we want the milk tart and the money. This has got nothing to do with the refund. This is about Checkers ruining my Mother"s Day and still continue to ruin my entire week with the emals that keep demanding images. Checkers as l have said before l do not need a voucher from you because l have learnt a hard lesson that you have no respect for paying customers. Last time l was given a voucher it left a bitter taste in my mouth because Les called me and told me to go to the store and speak to Sonia who would give me a voucher. I arrived at the store and l was made to wait for ten minutes and when Sonia finally arrived she looked at me and decided not to respect me. She did not even apologise for keeping me waiting instead she just handed me the voucher as if l had gone to beg from her house. This tells me one thing from a store supervisor to the head office Checkers treats customers like beggars. I know Checkers will panic and call me. I am not interested in a phone call. All l wanted was an edible milk tart not what you gave me
