Rotten items

Hi Checkers, I'm writing about my recent order (60/60) Plumstead checkers which arrived with several issues. Some items were rotten, moldy, and squashed, and two items were missing. When I called to report this, I was met with refusal to assist, refund, or replace the items. I'm disappointed with the service and quality. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this and provide a resolution. I have pictures as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.
