"Ripe and Ready" avos at highest price and you get unripe rock hard avos.

I am so sick of buying "ripe and ready" avos at a very high cost and each time I get rock hard and unripe avo's. No wonder people squeeze the $@*+ out of the packs as you rob us with the price of so called "ripe and ready". Do you know what "ripe and ready" is? Otherwise please charge the appropriate price for the unripe avos you are selling
