Return Policy unacceptable

I ordered a Logitech USB Keyboard & Mouse. Item was delivered on time. Open the box and unpack only to find that there is no USB at all so I cannot use it. They tell me to return it to the Hypermarket in Brackenfell. The reason you order online is because you cannot get to the shop but now I must go to the shop which is not close to me. Disgusting, what if I was disabled Checkers??
