Return not returned.

An absolutely terrible experience with checkers sixty60. I am sitting with a defective airfryer sinve Saturday the 28 of February. I’ve called in multiple times. The first time the consultant said I could take the product back to any checkers. I waited half an hour only for the lady at the refund till point to tell me I have to return the product to a checked hyper. I called a second time and the consultant the said she will log in the return. She said I should receive a call from checkers to schedule delivery. I got a call from a driver saying he is on his way but I was not at home at the time so again the product was not returned. The third time I called another return and as logged. I have yet to hear back to schedule a return time or date. Pathetic service.
