Reporting checkers to ombudsman
Bade service times..placed a order at 17.05 it's almost 20.30 and still not order delivery. Times keep changing but no communication as to why. I understand it's festive season but this sucks. Pick n pay ASAP at least kept to their promise. I had to place another order with pick n pay because the items I ordered was a need ...wow I am totally disappointed... advertised as 60 min but it's almost 240 min later with no ETA

23 Dec 2025, 20:21How ****in pathetic is this after I made this complaint my order was cancelled and all I get for this ****in inconvenience is a lowsy R50 wow checkers I needed that order for my household ...but to cancel my order and lie to say it's a technical issue is a blatant act against my rights as a consumer... I will be broadcasting this on all social media platforms as this needs to be made aware ...I am ****in livid that I get notified 3 hours later when all stores are closed... I will be making this known to everyone to be aware of this checkers ****
