Refund should be in order

I am really not happy paying a delivery fee for 4hours waiting...and that for freaking 2 hours... Calling them is useless, the late at Somerset West branch put me through to a call centre...25min waiting on my cost.... If you guys cant keep up your own service agreement of 60min, you should not charge us a fee... 4hours of my life is worth more than the purchased items...which I still need to received ...You should give us a cancel and refund option....
