I find it very disappointing, ordered and 2 items incorrect. 1 I didn't mind but the other was a 50 game compendium for kids. I did not receive a replacement notification for the products. I use the app as I do not have a vehicle, so upon calling to raise this issue was informed I need to go in-store for a refund as it is only for groceries they would refund. I find this very ridiculous. They should be sending the driver back to collect the incorrect item sent or send the correct item and take the incorrect item back.
