Quick to take money, slow to refund ****** money

Ordered on the app. Noticed afterwards they took the money twice. They can apparently take money from your account in the blink of an eye but to give it back will take "3-5 working days'. I find this completely unacceptable. It's 2026 - pay people back immediately when you ***** money from their account
