Putrid potatoes

Iv been experiencing a few isolated issues with the delivery service in terms of putrid fresh veg. Friday I recieved rotten potatoes part of a deal they running. I was refunded R11.50 and they thought this was ok. The back was stinking there is no way the shopper or packer did not smell these rotten potatoes yet I still recieved them. I called the customer care the operator was helpful in telling me to ask for a refund and apologized but iv been receiving rotten tomatoes on occasion and this is not isolated. I'm sure it's a site problem but I'm not happy with how the issue was resolved
