Promise not kept!!!!

As per Checkers policy for online if they cant deliver 80% of your order they refund the delivery fee…i ordered 3weeks ago and they did not have 3 of my items,they log a request for credit refund but after numerous emails i send still no refund,they just ignore all my emails and hope that i will forget,i Will not as i am a regular customer and this is just pathetic,i will not make use of them again,very bad customer service!!!!
