Products paid for But Not Received

I placed and Paid for an order on an app, all my products were not delivered, I then had to use my own airtime and call their call centre 3 times, as neither Lucy or Ashton could resolve the issue, 4 hours later I am still left without my products, without feedback and without a refund, this service is absolutely appalling and disgusting to say the least!
