products not recieved

Placed an order on checkers sixty sixty, i noticed that the order was taking longer than expected, when i logged back onto the checkers app i am told that the parcel was delivered. I did not recieve the order not did the delivery bike arrive as i was at home the entire time. I callled checkers sixty sixty hotline and i was reassured that they would call me back with information regarding my order. 1 hour later still no call, I take it that i hav lost my money and my products. DO NOT USE 60/60 They either deliver old mouldy smelly goods or they dont deliver at all
