Poor service from Checkers Sixty60

My order was not delivered, I called Driver after seeing that he is at the wrong address but even after giving him right address he still return my order back to Checkers, and it was not the first time using Chechers Sixty60 , other 3 orders were delivered with no issues. The driver was arrogant and I don't understand why Checkers use illigal Zimbabwe and Nigerians to do our deliveries , some of them don't even understand our language. What bothers me the most is that when I ask them to deliver my order back they told me some items cannot be delivered after 5:30 pm. They refunded my wallet but deducted delivery fee, what nosense is that, why should I pay an arrogant driver. Checkers sixty60 must hire legit drivers and they must train them about customers service. I am no longer interested in their service.
