Poor Service

The Checkers Sixty60 initiative comes with convenience but the lack of communication when there are delays can be appalling. I am watching a driver - EpithasHavyarimana - drive around with my parcel that was supposed to arrive 30mins ago and the app does not update the new arrival time in cases like these and it does not supply a platform for one to make a follow up.

I guess in this case that lack of communication and delays defeats the purpose of the service.
