Poor service

I was blocked 3 months back because i complained about bad bakery food checkers always chose for me when I ordered online, it was either rotten or stale an when I complained i was told i complain alot an was Blocked,

I dont understand why do customers have to pay for such bad service an when they complain we are wrong
