Poor emphaty and customer service.

If I could give no stars I honestly would. I ordered on the App and 2 hours later my order had not arrived. I called to call center to get advise and I was told they have system issues. I requested a cancelation, only to be told the money will reflect in my wallet in an hour. I had to drive out and get the things I needed and still no money was given back to me. No apologies or emphaty for me in this situation. Horrible customer service from Lecia who couldn't be bothered, just kept her robotic answers and did not help me at all.
