Poor customer service

I ordered on the app 4 items and was only sent 2 . I requested a credit for the missing items and was told my credit was reversed because I didn’t answer the phone but nobody called me . I kept calling and nobody can seem to help me as they are telling me that the claims department needs to speak to me. On top of that they deactivated my account so I don’t have access to order again
