Poor customer service

Bags were not sealed. Bag were teared. When i tried to pick up the bag with the drinks, the 2l coke zero fell on my foot, now swollen and bleeding. They just said that the driver must take the order to refund and i must reorder. I dont have time to reorder. This is poor customer service!!!!
