Poor checkers 60 service

This is my last resort. I have contacted Checkers 60 more than 10 times in the last 24 hours regarding problems with loging into my app. I have spent more than 2 hours on the phone with different people from the company. The issue has still not been resolved. Every time I receive a message saying that it has been resolved. I have also been put on hold 4 times with no one answering me. Absolutely appalled by the poor service.
