Plastic in Checkers house brand sausage rolls

I ordered a housebrand product. The 30 sausage rolls priced at R89.99. In one of the sausage rolls I found a piece of plastic / Rope thing look a like hanging out of one of the products. I then reported this to the call center and spoke to Tlou. She then calls me back saying that the complaint was resolved and they going to refund me for ONE SAUSAGE ROLL for the amount of R2.99 not to mention she dropped the call while I was speaking to her. I couldn't believe what she was saying, I honestly thought it was a joke because what company refunds a customer for one sausage roll when the problem is on their side. How do I know if my kids didn't eat the plastic that could've been in this sausage rolls, how do I know if this was the only one with plastic in it. I then asked her if I can take that R2.99 and go buy a sausage roll at the store and she couldn't answer me. Never have I ever heard that if you buy a pack of 30 sausage rolls that comes in one box and there is a problem with one they will refund you only for the one. This is most ridiculous thing I have every heard. This will be the last time I order something from this store. I'd rather order from ASAP going forward. Please be aware people!!!! So If I buy a pack of biscuits and there is a problem with one biscuit they will refund me for only one biscuit. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!!
