Pertheic delivery

I am.totall annoyed and disappointed in checkers I order at just before 9am and its going for 11,30am.and still not received my order.. to top it off I cannot cancel my order..can this pls go 2 consumer watch 60/60 is a joke...in future rather go 2 spar and Mr d...or can cam checkers give a turn around time of 3hours min pls
